Trish has been married to her best friend, David, for 19 years and they have three sons (ages 16, 15 and 13). Trish is from the coast of North Carolina, but they now live in rural West Tennessee on a 40+ acre farm. She has been homeschooling since 2009 and her homeschool style leans towards a Montessori approach with a heavy emphasis on hands-on learning. They also own a small business that Trish runs from home. Trish’s family is Messianic and they love studying the Scriptures, learning Hebrew and growing in their faith and walk daily. In her spare time, Trish loves to write, work in their garden and can regularly be found trying to learn something new, modeling that learning is indeed a life-long endeavor!

The 2nd to last photo has me a bit frightened – It looks as if there has been a lot of shifting over the years. Those bridges could use some maintenance.
That’s so funny- I hadn’t even noticed while you were there, but looking at this picture now, there definitely is something “off” about it. Nothing FELT off as you walked on them. For as beautiful as it was, the whole city seemed to need a little love and maintenance.
Wonderful pics…we are going to Europe next year, and we had no plans to visit Venice. Your pictures have persuaded me to re-think that. It seems like a city one needs to visit.
If you can fit it in, I highly recommend it. I loved it. Granted, we haven’t been anywhere ELSE in Italy yet, so who knows what the best place is! Rome and the coast are on my bucketlist.

Great pictures! We visited Venice while on our honeymoon. I would love to go back there one day.
